A 300-year-old finca, deep in the countryside of eastern Mallorca. This exceptional home was originally designed as a B&B, with every room offering direct garden access. The finca has since been lovingly restored with a state-of-the-art kitchen and a large pool, while still honouring the original wooden beams, tiled floors, and playful alcoves. Perfect for large groups of family and friends looking for ample space and blissful privacy.
There are five double bedrooms and five additional beds for larger parties. Each bedroom oozes character, with beautiful, vintage furniture that stands out against pastel walls and floors. All of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and there are large windows that welcome peaceful countryside views. Two of the bedrooms are set away in a separate building, with their own terrace and entrance. The kitchen is the heart of the home—personally designed by the owners themselves, who love to cook big family meals here. Cosy living spaces are plentiful, with a fully stocked library, an open fireplace, and a dedicated yoga and board game area.
The stone pool house will be your go-to lounging spot. With views over the heated jacuzzi and the turquoise pool, lazy days here will undoubtedly turn into memorable evenings as your group convenes for a sunset apéritif. Dotted around the gardens are sun loungers, a Balinese-style bed, and a shaded pergola with a kitchen, barbecue, and pizza oven. Perhaps the most special place of all is the yurt, which can be used for yoga or as a children’s play area. The house is surrounded by five hectares of private land, which is abundant with Mediterranean plants, ancient olive trees, cacti, and vibrant flowers.
Close to the house is a 2km, bright white sandy beach. Es Trenc is known as one of the best beaches on the island—a place of unspoiled beauty, surrounded by sand dunes and without any buildings or hotels in sight. Keep driving along the coast to find more built-up areas with bars and restaurants, such as the gorgeous beach at Cala Pì. The traditional town of Felantix is just 8km away, where there are a selection of eateries and the neighbouring mountain church of San Salvador. Also nearby are the fishing village of Porto Colom and the popular towns of Sóller and Port de Sóller, which have plenty to offer when it comes to Mallorcan cuisine, local art galleries, and sea views in the northwest of the island.
